Your booking includes the below services ;

1.     Transfer service 

        -By Shinkansen (only if everyone arrives/departure at the same time) , between JR iiyama station to Nozawa Onsen village.  Pick up from JR Iiyama station and drop off at JR Iiyama station.　

  -Arrenge a private & direct taxi from airport , taxi fares are charged separately.

2.     Advance shopping, fresh bread, snacks, breakfast ingredients, drinks if you prefer not to stop and do it yourself upon arrival at JR Iiyama Station.

              (The shopping cost for the goods is additional and to be paid separately. Please advise what you would like in advance, exact goods, budget, allergy matter etc.)

3.    Booking dinner places if you would like me to do 

4.    Arrangement service for ski lesson, gear to hire and optional activities beside ski slope if you would like me to do

I recommend you to do in advance above 3 & 4 if you plan to come in Dec, Jan and Feb.  It will be very hard to book in a high season.   

Payment Condition ;

50% advance deposit to ensure your booking  
50% balance payment within 10th December 2025`  

Cancellation Policy ;

Cancellations less than 50 days prior to start of booking forfeit 50% deposit already paid.

Cancellation within 30 days prior to start of booking incurs a 70% cancellation fee of total.

Cancellation less than 20 days prior to the start date of booking incurs a 100% cancellation fee for accommodation.

Part Cancellations are handled in the same way.
